About
Grant Criteria
Applicant is a member of Sojourn Midtown
Applicant represents the ideas and interests of their Community Group in the Outreach Project Proposal
Outreach Project is in alignment with
Sojourn Midtown’s values and beliefs
and the
Outreach Ministry’s values
Outreach Project takes place in Shelby Park or a Community Group's neighborhood; or supports a Sojourn Member, residents in Shelby Park, or a Community Group's neighborhood
Outreach Project complements rather than competes with existing Midtown ministries
Outreach Project empowers Community Group members to do the work of the ministry on mission together
Application Process
Applicant reviews the purpose and criteria of an Outreach Grant
Applicant fills out the online Application Form below (application is due March 16, 2023)
Applicant schedules an interview with Outreach Deacons to discuss proposal
Deacons decide on if grant awarded, denied, or any edits to the proposal
Grants will be awarded on April 2
Member emails a Project Report to Outreach Deacons at the conclusion of the Outreach Project
