Llamado a Adorar
Over the past three Sundays, we have lit the candles of Hope, Peace, and Joy.

Today, we light the candle of Love as we remember this good news: God is love, and He has poured out His love so generously among us.
Hoy encendemos la vela del Amor, al recordar esta buena noticia: Dios es amor, y Él ha derramado Su amor generosamente entre nosotros.
As we enter worship, let us remember God’s extraordinary love that welcomes us.

As we rest in the presence of the Holy One, let us bring our honest selves before Him. Please join me in reading the underlined portions of this confession.

Jesus, our Example and Redeemer, when we look at You—steady, gentle, and humble—we recognize how restless our own hearts can be.

Meet us in the places where we are restless. Center us again in Your peace.

There are parts of our lives we hold too tightly; fears we hide, worries we carry alone, and sinful habits we excuse.

You see every hidden place. You understand every burden.

Draw us out of hiding and into Your light.

We acknowledge the distance between who You are and who we are becoming. Close that distance by Your Spirit. Shape our desires to reflect Your heart.

Where we are hardened, soften us.

Where we are wounded, heal us.
Do what only You can do—restore what is broken, lift what is heavy, and make us whole again.

Certeza
Church, hear the Gospel:
When our love falters, Christ’s love remains—the love that descended to a manger and ascended a cross for our redemption. This is how God has shown His love: He sent His only Son so we might live through Him.
Iglesia, escuchen el evangelio:
Cuando nuestro amor falla, el amor de Cristo permanece—el amor que descendió a un pesebre y ascendió a una cruz para nuestra redención. Así es como Dios ha mostrado Su amor: envió a Su Hijo único para que vivamos por medio de Él.
Jesus, rich in majesty, chose the poverty of the cross.
And by His wounds, we have become rich in grace.

Now we consider everything else loss
